A gardener found accused of beating up two minor brothers and repeatedly raping them. He blackmailed them by threatening to post their nude images on Facebook.
16-year-old Pakistani schoolboy had been abused by his 34-year-old gardener, who took the teenager into his car and offered him drive to earn trust.
The gardener asked the boy to have sex with him on his car but the boy refused. Later, he convinced the boy to meet him in the same park and had forced sex with him. The gardener forcefully filmed nude images and used it for threatening the boy if he refused to have sex with him.
Meanwhile, the gardener also forced the 16-year-old boy to take nude pictures of his 12-year-old brother and forward.
Records show that gardener used the same method on the younger brother and had had sex with him four to five times.
Police arrested the 34-year-old man immediately after the father took his sons to the police station and filed a complaint.
Prosecutors charged the suspect of raping the minor brothers repeatedly, assaulting them, breaching their modesty and privacy and molesting them by filming them naked. He was also accused of possessing child pornographic materials and using those images to blackmail the brothers and force them into having sex with him.
The suspect pleaded not guilty when he appeared before the court of justice.
