Their chemistry was mesmerising. Both of them did powerful characters yet they didn’t overshadow one another. After this epic movie, we can’t wait for them to team up again. This might happen sooner than expected !
A source said that the makers are in talks with Anushka Shetty for Prabha’s next action flick – Saaho! Initially, they were looking to rope in a Bollywood actress. Rumours of Katrina Kaif and few other actresses being approached were doing the rounds but that turned out untrue.
And now it seems, they might be in talks with Anushka for this hi-fi action flick! After playing a royal, regal pair in their last, it will be interesting to see her performance in this mega budget movie.
For those who don’t know, the Baahubali series is not Prabhas-Anushka’s maiden movie. They had also teamed up for Mirchi (2013) an action drama film that fared phenomenally at the box office. They first came together for Billa in 2009, the Telugu remake of the Tamil movie. This movie was also a hit. Interestingly, all their films so far have grossed well. Each movie was better than the previous one. So will their winning streak continue with Saaho?
Once Prabhas returns from his US holiday, the shooting will begin in full swing. Also, the final announcements will be made regarding the cast.
Directed by Sujeeth, it is touted to be a great action movie ! The film will release in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. It is being made on a budget of Rs 150 crore. The teaser of this film was attached with the theatrical release of Baahubali.
