Radisson Blu MBD Hotel, Noida is organising a 11-day Donburi Festival (Japanese Cuisine) at the property aimed at decoding and popularising the Donburi, Zen Buddhist cuisine.
Visitors can look forward to an array of Japanese cuisine during the festival.
Donburi means ‘Bowl’ in Japanese and in the context of food refers to a bowl of rice accompanied by an assortment of toppings. Fish, meat and assorted vegetables are some of the popular ingredients of a Donburi.
Often regarded as the Japanese answer to fast food, ‘Donburi’ presents a healthy choice of food for the health conscious. Taken as a quick snack or a sumptuous meal, authentic Donburi is one of the most famous food in Japan.
