After days of teasing, Motorola has declared that the newly-unveiled Moto Z2 Play will be launched in India soon.
The Indian arm of the company confirmed the news that Moto Z2 Play pre-order service will go live on June 8 and has opened a dedicated website for prospective buyers to get registered.
The price and availability of the device are expected to be officially announced next week. As of now, it is available only in Brazil for Brazilian real 1,999 ($615/€548/Rs 39,594) and will be released globally before the end of June.
There is no word on whether the company has any plans of launching new Moto Mods accessories — Moto GamePad, JBL SoundBoost 2, TurboPower and Style Shell with wireless charging ability, which were also unveiled along with Moto Z2 Play earlier this week. We just have to wait for a few more days to know what Motorola has in store for the fans.
For those unaware, Moto Z2 Play showcases an all-metal body with ultra-slim design language. It comes with just 5.99 mm thickness.
It has attractive features like 5.5-inch full HD IPS screen, Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor, 4 GB RAM, 64 GB storage, a 12 MP dual autofocus pixel camera with dual-LED flash, a 5 MP snapper with dedicated single-LED flash support, 3000 mAh battery and Type-C USB port.
