Dreaded Hizbul terrorist Danish Ahmed, who was seen at Hizbul Commander Sabzar Bhat’s funeral, surrendered before police in Jammu and Kashmir’s Handwara today.
As per sources, Ahmed revealed that he was in touch with terrorists of South Kashmir through social media.
He also claimed that he decided to become a terrorist on their instigation.
A fortnight ago, security forces inflicted heavy damage on militants, killing eight of them, including Sabzar Ahmad Bhat, who had succeeded Hizbul Mujahideen Commander Burhan Wani following his killing last July.
