DGP Loknath Behra has been appointed as the Chief of State Police force. The official declaration has come moments ago. The new appointment has been done as the present chief TP Senkumar is all set to retire on June 30th. Behra is an IPS officer cadet from 1985 batch. He has been charged as vigilance director followed by the SC verdict to appoint TP Senkumar back in force as Chief of force.
