The High Court pronounced SNC Lavalin case verdict on CBI’s petition. There is no evidence against Pinarayi. Earlier he was the seventh accused in the case. The CBI has filed a revision petition in the High Court seeking CBI probe into the CBI’s verdict in the Lavalin scam which included CM Pinarayi Vijayan.
Pinarayi Vijayan has been accused of losing Rs 374 crore by way of contract with Canadian company SNC Lavalin for the renovation of Panniyar, Chenkulam and Pallivasal Hydroelectric power plants.
