This Navratri, try this easy to cook yummy Shahi Paneer. This lip-smacking cuisine will surely make you crave for more.

Serves: 3-4
Ingredients:
- 200 gm paneer cut into cubes
- 50 gm Cashew nuts paste
- 2 tsps Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Ginger, julienned
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- 50 gm beaten curd
- 2 tsps Garam Masala powder (vrat special)
- 100 ml Cream
- Salt according to taste
For the Garnish:
- 3-4 Cashew nuts, fried
- 2 tsps Coriander leaves, chopped
Method:
Deep fry the paneer cubes to a light golden colour and soak in 1 cup water.
Heat oil, add ginger paste and 2 tbsp water.
Cook for few minutes, add cashew nuts paste and cook for a few minutes. Add the beaten curd and a cup of water. Cook further for 5 minutes.
Drain the paneer cubes and add the paneer cubes to the gravy.
Finish with fresh cream, ginger julienned and a sprinkling of the garam masala.
Serve hot garnished with fried cashew nuts and chopped coriander leaves.
