Panipicha works as an art instructor at St. Thomas Higher Secondary School, Ponnuthura, Thiruvananthapuram. William has been trying to set the record to draw caricatures for 72 hours.
William is an emboNew cahllenger for diment of his advice. Hailing from a fisher family, he realized early on that the life of a fisher man was not destined for him. The transient shapes and colors of the coast had enchanted him and set about in changing his life by grabbing at all the opportunities that were placed before him. Completing his 10th grade he learnt welding, and after his 12th grade he headed for the Gulf where he took part in the shopping festival that allowed him to meet, interact and learn from various artists.
Gaining his diploma course from Parkeesha Bhavan in drawing and gradution in Mathematics, he learnt animation and the latest technologies. He learnt cartooning from Prakash Shetty, a cartoonist in Bengaluru.
William plans to conduct a trial run of Guinness Record attempt at five schools at Pozhiyoor on Monday. The trial will help him prepare for the actual event and decide on various strategies.
William Panipicha is attempting to break the record set in 2014 by Ronald Francis Heberling of Austria who drew caricatures for 61 hours and 55 minutes.
