Kamal Hassan backed Supreme Court’s opinion on patriotism in theatres.

Kamal Hassan did not mince his words, he made a supportive opinion with the bench headed by  Supreme Court Chief Justice Deepak Mishra. Marking his opinion the Tamil superstar said that no need to stand up to the national anthem at theatres to prove the patriotism. Earlier, the kamal hit back at BJP over demonetization and `mersal row’. Kamal Hassan is about to make his political appearance soon.

Chief Justice, said that we don’t have to wear patriotism on our sleeve. He also said that the Centre should decide whether to modify that order without being influenced by what the court had said. A day after the statement made Kamal came up with his opinion on the issue. He pointed out the practice of singing National Anthem of Singapore every day at midnight. Similarly, in India, do not force me to sing national anthem everywhere to test my patriotism, he said.
