Consulate general of Myanmar and three others met with an accident in Giridih district of Jharkhand today. There were only three survivors.
Pyi Soe, the Myanmar consulate general based in Kolkata, was returning from Gaya in Bihar with his wife and one official after a personal tour when their SUV was hit by a truck near Miniyaghat in Giridih around 11am. The mishap occurred at National Highway 2.
Pyi Soe died from injuries.

Additional director general (operations) of Jharkhand police RK Mallick told that the injured were brought to a private hospital in Ranchi. The site of accident is over 200 kilometers away from north Ranchi.
