Dileep sought CBI inquiry in the sensational case of sexually assaulting Malayalam movie actress. The Malayalam movie star wrote 12-page letter to Home Secretary.
He alleged that he is framed by GDP and ADGP Sandhya IPS in the actress abduction case. He also alleged that DGP imposed fake evidence to the case in which he is suspecting.
He wrote that he filed a complaint with the police about the blackmailing call made by Pulsar Suni, a lead suspect in the case to Nadirsha, movie director, and Dileep’s close friend.
The shreds of evidence for the blackmailing was also provided and the police didn’t take it into consideration. He seeks Home Secretary to implement new investigation team or to hand the probe investigation to CBI. Whilst law experts asserted that an accused cant be suggesting how the investigation has to be.
He wrote the letter to the Home Secretary dating October 18. The letter revealed amid the investigations of the case is about to end and the FIR to submit soon.
