Earthquake strikes Indo-China border!!!

Itanagar (Arunachal Pradesh), Nov 18: A moderate intensity earthquake of magnitude 6.4 on the Richter scale struck the China-India border, the United States Geological Survey (USGS) said. The earthquake was recorded at 04:04 AM on Saturday.

The earthquake hit at a shallow depth, news agency ANI reported. The USGS added that the epicenter was within 240 kilometers of the Indian towns of Along, Pasighat, and Tezu.

The earthquake was initially reported as a magnitude 6.7 on the Richter scale at a shallow depth of 10 kilometers on the Tibetan Plateau in southern China, according to the USGS said. There have been no reports of any casualty.
