Is Shashi Tharoor becoming “Shishu”(child) Tharoor???

“What a mistake to demonetize our currency! BJP should have realized that Indian cash
dominates the globe: look, even our Chhillar has become Miss World”. Senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor tweets on Manushi Chhillar, who was crowned Miss World 2017 on Saturday equating chhillar in its Hindi meaning loose change.

With the tweet, he was focusing on the issue of Demonetization and Central government. But the tweet was not affected in the way of the target, that he was suppressing the girl community through a girl who made the nation proud. The tweet means the Miss World, that Chhillar is her family name and is not for the pun. As soon as it was tweeted negative comments were poured and Tharoor has to give clarification on this. “Guess the pun IS the lowest form of humor, & the bilingual pun lower still! Apologies to the many who seem to have been righteously offended by a light-hearted tweet today. Certainly, no offense
was meant to a bright young girl whose answer I’ve separately praised. Please Chill!” he
tweeted.

The tweet was really disrespectful from the side of a popular figure like Shashi Tharoor.
Tharoor also received summons from the National Commission of Women for the “derogatory and degrading tweet”. The NCW didn’t see the funny side and posted a strongly worded tweet condemning Tharoor’s remarks. The commission said that he degraded the achievement of a daughter of Haryana and India got the glory of the country. Will he call his daughter Chiller? And the commission asked Shashi Tharoor to apologize immediately for this. And Tharoor was Questioned by many people. The Haryana cabinet Minister Captain Abhimanyu called the tweet shameless and asked him to apologize. Haryana Women and Child Development Minister Kavita Jain said that he questioned the self-respect of a girl and the Chhillar community and also asked him to apologize and remove the tweet. She added that its tragic that a leader of the Congress
party which is headed by women is not respecting women is too shameless and bad.

The BJP union minister Smriti Irani has slammed Tharoor against the comment and the whole internet had tweeted against this blunder reckless comment in the tweet.
The whole thing is that Shashi Tharoor has to apologize for the tweet. Tharoor,
eventually, did apologize. He said it was a light-hearted tweet and he meant no offense to
Chhillar. And he also praised Manushi. Actually, those all criticisms and apologies lead Tharoor to Manushi and to praise her through a small unwanted tweet. The tweet had received 1.7k retweets and nearly 6.5k people commented on this.

Everyone bashed Shashi Tharoor . “Tharoor she is our pried… Don't you dare to pass cheap coment on her. Ohh!! I forgot for you female is like use and throw and then get another from other country” was the tweet by another woman and it’s clear that, s attitude towards female is such and such shameless. He can be called as
attention seeker from the past experience.
