During an inquiry by police in a twin murder case, the main accused made a shocking revelation. Police arrested two youngsters named Mobin Mathew, a-25-year-old and cousin Joffin Joseph a 28-year-old in connection with two murders.
The accused killed a youth and murdered his friend who accomplice him in the first murder. Murdering his accomplice is on the suspicion that he might cheat him. Joffin was also taken into custody for helping Mobin in the second murder. The arrest came after several months of investigation.
According to the police, Mobin had killed 40-year-old Madhu and dumped his body in a field, and Varghese Ouseph, a 28-year-old, who had helped Mobin in the first murder was killed two months later and his body dumped on the railway track.
Mobin had seen the Mohanlal-starred Drishyam 17 times to plan the double murders and modeled himself on the character played by Jagadeesh in Sethurama Iyer CBI. Mobin and Linto led the march to the police station protesting against the cops and alleging that there was no progress in the investigation. All these actions had a filmy resemblance to the character played by Jagadeesh in Sethurama Iyer CBI.
