In a public media, a senior Commander of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards Major General Qassem Soleimani declared the end of Islamic State. The message published on the news site of the Guards. The message was sent to Iran President.
The Quds Force is the unit responsible for operations outside of Iran’s borders at frontline positions in battles against Islamic State in Iraq and Syria.
