Oppo launches ‘F5 Youth Edition’ with 16MP selfie camera…
The Oppo F5 Youth has been launched in black and gold colours.
The F5 comes packed with 6 inch touchscreen that has FHD+(2160×1080 pixels) resolution with a ration of 18:9. There is a 13 megapixel rear camera in the phone that has f/2.2 lens while for selfies it offers a 16MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture.
Oppo F5 Youth edition boasts a 3200 mAh battery. The device runs the company’s ColorOS 3.2, which is based on Android 7.1 Nougat. For connectivity there are dual-SIM, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and OTG support.
Its predecessor, the Oppo F5 was launched in India earlier this month in 4GB RAM and 6 GB models for Rs 19,990 and Rs 24,990 respectively. The 4 GB model has 32 GB of memory while the later has 64 GB of storage space, The F5 has same is powered by 2.5GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P23 16nm processor with 800MHz ARM Mali G71 MP2 GPU.
There is also a fingerprint sensor on the back panel just below the camera. It comes with O-share – a wireless transfer technology that promises 100 times faster transfers compared to Bluetooth.
The device runs on Android 7.1 Nougat with company’s ColorUI 3.2 running on top of it. The smartphone gets its power from a 3,200mAh battery. On the connectivity front, the device support dual sim, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2 and GPS + GLONASS. The phone measures 156.5 x 76 x 7.5mm and weighs about 152 grams. The Oppo F5 also has a micro SD card slot.
