Facebook helps to reunite missing buffaloes with their owner
Two buffaloes, which reached a village that was 10 kilometres away from their native, have safely returned back to the rightful owner due to a Facebook post.
The interesting incident occurred in Bengaluru Hosakote taluk.
The man who found the missing buffaloes, posted their pictures on Facebook and after two days they are back with their owner, Narayana Swamy, a resident of Isturu village.
The missing buffaloes had reached Nandagudi Hobli’s Kodrahalli village, which is 10 kms away from their owners home.
Kodrahalli resident Mohan caught took care of these buffaloes and feed them grass also. Later he decided to return them to their owner so he took their pictures and posted them on Facebook. He gave the caption: ‘These buffaloes belongs to whom? Share it till it reaches their owner!’
“Thanks to Facebook. I saw the buffaloes images on the Facebook. I showed it to Narayana Swamy. Immediately we went to Kodrahalli and got the buffaloes back,” said Nagesh, a resident of Isturu village.
