After 20 months long trials, the verdict in the sensational Jisha murder case will be pronounced on Thursday by the Ernakulam Principal Sessions Court. The Court delayed the final verdict to publish tomorrow.
Today when the court begins the verdict, defense lawyer came up with demanding NIA investigation to the Probe. The defense alleged that the suspect doesn’t know the local language and neither understand anything during the trial, But the court slashed out the demand for a further investigation.
The lone accused in the case, Assam native Ameer-ul Islam found guilty in the case. The accused is charged with rape, spoiling pieces of evidence and murder. The accused brutally raped after hurting Jisha so badly. Emir with past Jisha’s mother Rajeswary continuously pleaded for hanging the Assamese native.
Yesterday the court said that the suspect is found guilty and the verdict will announce today. Jisha was found murdered at her house near Vattolippadi, Perumbavoor, on April 28, 2016. Jisha’s mother Rajeswari had requested the court to complete the trial in a speedy manner.
