LG launches ‘V30+’ with Full Vision display in India
LG has finally launched its much-awaited flagship smartphone V30+ in India.It is the first LG smartphone to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor. Like the earlier launched LG G6, this one also comes with a Full Vision display.
Price and availability
The company has priced the LG V30+ 44,990 and the device will be exclusively available on Amazon starting 18the December. The customers can choose from four colour options Black, Gray, Purple and Blue.
The company is also offering screen replacement warranty and free wireless charger for early birds. Going by the price and specification, the smartphone will compete against the Samsung Galaxy S8, HTC U11 and the LG G6.
Specifications
The LG V30+ flaunts a metal unibody design and the company has ditched its secondary display design with the smartphone. In place of the secondary display the company has incorporated a floating bar which shows app shortcuts and can be disabled when not required. The smartphone features a 6-inch Full Vision QHD+ display with18:9 aspect ratio and 1440×2880 pixel resolution.
The display comes with a coating of Corning Gorilla Glass 5, which protects it from scratches. Powering the smartphone is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 825 processor with Adreno 540 GPU.
Running Android 7.1.2 Nougat operating system, the device offers 4GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage. The users can add more storage space by inserting a microSD card.
Like the earlier launched LG G6, the V30+ also sports a dual rear camera setup. The smartphone comes with a 16MP and 13MP module. The primary 16MP sensor comes with 71-degree wide-angle lens, f/1.6-aperture and dual-tone LED flash. On the other hand, the 13MP sensor has f/1.9 aperture and 120-degree wide-angle lens. For the selfie lovers, the company has incorporated a 5MP front shooter with f/2.2 aperture.
