Nowadays our world is full of crimes and other calamities most of the crimes are against girls or women, here is another case that a man showed porn video to a little girl and tried to touch her personal parts.
On Dec. 4, a 6-year-old girl’s father overheard a man tell her not to tell anyone about the video he was about to show her.
Robert Milton Popp, 48, was arrested Tuesday night after police believe he showed the girl pornographic material and groped her.
When the girl’s father asked Popp what he showed her, Popp didn’t give him a clear answer, according to the arrest affidavit.
The father questioned his daughter instead, who told him he showed her a video containing genitalia, the affidavit states.
The girl’s parents called police shortly after, who opened an investigation.
On Dec. 13, the girl told forensic interviewers that Popp had exposed himself to her before and that he’s touched her genitals.
Popp was questioned by detectives on Dec. 19. He allegedly admitted to having inappropriate contact with the child, but said it was because “she told him the area was irritating her.”
Popp was brought into custody on a $80,000 bond for indecency with a child and displaying harmful material to a minor. He remained in jail Wednesday.
