Former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav will be sent to jail now after being convicted in the 1997 fodder scam case. He has been convicted in the Deoghar Treasury case. He is an accused in four other cases in the fodder scam.
The quantum of punishment for RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav will be decided by the special CBI court on January 3. Lalu will be directly sent to jail from the court premises.
