Among the beautiful actress in Tollywood film industry, it is very difficult to grow up to a new face even though it is difficult some new faces with their identical mark in Tollywood see some of them
It was an eventful year for actress Mehreen. The Punjabi girl who made her debut opposite Nani in Krishnagadi Veera Prema Gadha is having a dream run with successive hits. Her recent films Mahanubhavudu where she shared the screen space with Sharwanand and Raja The Great alongside Ravi Teja were declared super hits and completed a hat-trick for her. Although her latest outings C/O Surya and Jawaan opened to polarised reviews, she had won laurels for her performances. “I’m feeling blessed and there are no words to describe my excitement on scoring a hat-trick.
I vow my success to my directors and co-stars. After Krishnagadi Veera Prema Gadha, I took some gap to sign my next film and now I believe this is just the beginning. I’m happy that audience has accepted me and I want to keep up the good work,” says Mehreen. The 22-year-old actress is now shooting for actor Gopichand’s 25th film.
Keerthy Suresh has many reasons for her happiness. The Chennai belle, who made her inroads to Telugu with Ram-starter Nenu Sailaja has become one of the most-sought-after stars of the industry. She also had a successful run with Nenu Local wherein she played the love interest of Nani. Since then, she rises up the ranks and was compared to the likes of yesteryear demigod Savitri.
Interestingly it was this stark resemblance which has fetched Keerthy an opportunity to play the veteran actress in the upcoming biopic Mahanati. Keerthy also bagged a dream role to play the leading lady opposite Pawan Kalyan in Agnyathavaasi. With two highly anticipated films of 2018, Keerthy is ready to make
the cut.
Anu Emmanuel is another actress who has come a long way to be counted among the promising actresses that Tollywood has today. She has become the pin-up girl after her impressive debut in Majnu. The Chicago-girl managed to cast a spell with her screen presence, smoldering looks and spirited performance as Janaki in Raj Tarun’s Kittu Unnadu Jagratha. Even though she didn’t have a lengthy role in Gopichand’s Oxygen but it was enough for the audience and critics alike to applaud her performance. Since then, it was raining offers for her as Anu has bagged big-ticket projects like Agnyathavaasi starring Pawan Kalyan, Naa Peru Surya opposite Allu Arjun and one with Naga Chaitanya. She is also in contention for a film each with Ram Charan and Jr NTR.
Nivetha Thomas is a powerhouse of talent. The 22-year-old starlet showed her acting chops in films like Gentleman and Ninnu Kori – which shows the complexities of falling in and out of love. She also earned much attention for her portrayal as Simran, who hatches a plan to avenge her brother’s death in Jr NTR-starrer Jai Lava Kusa. The film had an exceptionally good run at the box office and also marked her first hattrick in Telugu. Nivetha breaks all the myths of a conventional heroine and has created an identity for herself with substantial roles. She has signed another project opposite Nani, directed by newcomer Siva Sankar Lalam.
Anupama Parameswaran is another actress who is making waves with an incredible talent. The Malayali-girl who began her journey in the Telugu cinema with Trivikram Srinivas’s A…Aa has enticed the audience with her scintillating performances in films like Premam, Shatamanam Bhavati and Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi. From playing a besotted beauty Nagavalli and a teenage girl Suma to delivering a measured performance as Nithya, Anupama has made a mark for herself in the showbiz. “It feels great to start the year with a big hit and that particular film went on to win a National award. I look forward to my upcoming films Krishnarjuna Yuddham and one with Sai Dahram Tej,” she says.
