Bus charge to increase in Kerala soon
The bus charge in Kerala will increase soon. The ordinary minimum ticket fare will go up to Rs 8 and there will an increase in kilometre-wise fare, accordingly.
The above recommendation for hike was made in the report submitted to the government by M Ramachandran Committee.
The report has been handed over to the chief minister, who is also holding the charge of Transport, now.
After tabling the report in the cabinet meeting the recommendation will be implemented with required changes.
