The former DU professor was jailed twice in 2014 and once in 2015 for stalking. He even lost his job and was expelled from Laxmibai College in 2015 for his behaviour, but that didn’t stop him from continuing to harass his female colleague, who’s said to have gone into depression because of the stalking and regular lewd messages.
The woman registered a complaint against the man, twice, at Maurice Nagar police station and at Karol Bagh station. After each complaint, the man was arrested and jailed. But he went back to harassing her each time he was released from jail.
