BREAKING NEWS: Fodder Scam Sentencing Against Lalu Yadav Announced
Special CBI Court Judge announced the verdict on Fooder Scam in which Lalu Yadav convicted. Lalu Yadav got three and a half year in jail term and five lakh rupees fine.
In the second case against Lalu Yadav in fodder scam, the verdict has been made. If the fine is not paid he has to spend 6 more months in jail.
Special CBI judge Shivpal Singh announced the sentence after hearing arguments on quantum sentencing.
The court had on December 23 convicted Lalu Prasad and 15 others in the case relating to the multi-million-rupee scam.
Lalu Joined the sentencing via video conferencing. Top RJD leaders reacted as the dirty politics of BJP is behind the verdict. They also proclaimed that will move a petition to Higher Courts.
