A new move on bilateral relations between UAE and Saudi Arabia

The peaceful relationship between nations is what the leaders aim for. And to strengthen their bonds, the leaders visit the other and sign pacts.

UAE and Saudi Arabia vowed Saturday to further enhance the “brotherly” bilateral relations, UAE state news agency WAM reported.

The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan received the Saudi Minister of Interior Abdulaziz Bin Saud Bin Nayef on Saturday in the UAE border city of Al Ain, and reviewed the friendly ties and means of enhancing and developing them, said the report.

The Saudi minister conveyed the greetings of Saudi leaders and their wishes for the UAE’s “further progress and prosperity.”

The two sides also discussed ways to enhance existing cooperation in the security and police fields, as well as the latest regional and international developments and issues of common concern.

On Dec. 4, the two Gulf Arab nations formed a joint committee to coordinate their policies in the political, military, economic and trade fields, along with cultural issues.
