Bounty of Rs. 10 lakhs and Haj trip for the head of Shia Waqf Board President
All India Faizan-e-Madina Council (AIFMC), a Bareilly-based religious organisation, on Sunday announced a bounty of Rs 1,000,786 and a free Haj trip for anyone who brings them head of Shia Waqf Board President.
The organization alleged that Rizvi had hurt Muslim sentiments by branding madrassas as places which produce terrorists.AIFMC head Moeen Siddiqui Noori said if Rizvi didn’t take back his statement and apologize within two days, followers of his organisation would behead him.

Soon after BJP came to power at the Centre, home minister Rajnath Singh said that there is no terrorist studying in Indian madrassas and that the government wouldn’t close any such institute. He made that statement in Lok Sabha and was supported by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who patted the table in acknowledgement, Noori said.
According to the Newspaper,We demand the state government to immediately terminate his services as Shia Waqf Board president. If he doesn’t apologize for his statement, our organisation will behead him and we will award the person responsible with a cash prize of Rs 1,000,786 as well as a free Haj trip, Noori said.
This is not the first time that the AIFMC head has announced such a bounty. Last year on February 20, he had made a similar announcement targeting journalist Tarek Fatah and India media group owner Subhash Chandra.
