The blockbuster combo of Tamil superstar Vijay and director AR Murugadoss are gearing up for a third project following the blockbuster success of Thuppakki and Kaththi. The pooja for the Thalapathy 62 was done on Friday noon in Chennai.
At the formal launch ceremony, Vijay clapped the first shot and the team began regular shooting which will continue for next two days. The next schedule will commence from the first week of February.

It is believed that the project is being planned as a Diwali 2018 release and it might lock horns with Ajith’s Viswasam at the box-office.
AR Rahman has been officially signed on for the project, which will mark his reunion with Murugadoss after the Hindi version of Ghajini.
There are reports that Vijay might sign his next movie with Atlee.
