The Indian handset maker, Karbonn’s last launch the Titanium Jumbo is an entry-level smartphone with a beefy 4,000mAh battery and 2GB of RAM. Launched last year, the smartphone was retailing for Rs 6,490 across various channels. However, now it can be picked up for an effective price of Rs 2,999 in association with Airtel, as part of Flipkart’s Republic Day Sale scheduled between January 21st and January 23rd.
To recap on the specs of the Titanium Jumbo, it sports a 5-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 1,280 x 720 pixels. The phone is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor of unknown make, which has been backed by 2GB RAM. The internal storage on the device is 16GB, which can further be expanded up to 64GB using a microSD card. In the optics department, the smartphone gets a 13-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera, both accompanied by dedicated LED flash units. The 4G-enabled smartphones runs Android 7.0 Nougat operating system and is powered by a 4,000mAh battery.

The smartphone comes with Airtel Cashback offer, where the buyer will have to pay Rs 4,999 up front. After that, one is required to do 36 consecutive monthly recharges of Rs 199. During this period, after the first 18 months, customers will be entitled to a cash refund of Rs 500 and after the next 18 months, they will get the remaining Rs 1,500. The Rs 199 plan from Airtel will get them unlimited local and STD calls, along with 1GB data per day.
