West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee demanded that the birthday of Freedom Fighter Subash Chandra Bose and that of Social reformer Swami Vivekananda should be declared as National Holidays.

Swami Vivekanand’s birthday is on January 12 which at present is celebrated as national youth Day.Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose was born on January 23.
