Akshay Kumar who is going around the country promoting his latest movie Padman, yesterday landed at Delhi University after visiting Ahmedabad. He flagged of Woman Marathon and also went around spreading message regarding sanitary napkins and menstruation hygiene around the colleges.
Not just Akshay, Twinkle, who is debuting as a producer with PadMan, is also promoting the film internationally. The actor-turned-writer recently spoke about it at the Oxford University.

The film is based on the life of Arunachalam Muruganantham, a social activist from Tamil Nadu. The movie is directed by famous director R Balki.
Apart from Akshay Kumar and Sonam Kapoor, the film will see Radhika Apte in the lead role while Amitabh Bachchan will have a cameo in the film.
The movie which was expected to hot screen on January 25 has now shifted date to February 9 thus avoiding the clash with Padmaavat.
