Sushmita Sen, the former Miss Universe opened up about her aspiration and dreams at this juncture of her career. She said that even now she has aspirations like a 12-year-old girl and the thing that tops her list is doing a movie with which she can “take a bow”. The actress who had done a lot many commercially successful movie was last seen in the critically acclaimed Nirbaak (Speechless) a Bengali film which was released in 2015. She also expressed great gratitude towards her fans who shower her with a lot of love and admiration.
She also said that she wants to do a movie for her fans that will be a huge hit. Through this only she can pay back her fans for all their love towards her.”I want to learn skiing and parallel bar gymnastics. I want to go back to diving,” she added.
The actress who talked on the sidelines of Lakme Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2018 said that she is lucky that she is asked what her next film is at a time when it is believed that the career of an actress is over when they reach such an age.
She was the showstopper for designer couple Muzaffar Ali and his wife Meera Ali’s collection ‘Samanzar – A Garden of Flowers’, under their label Kotwara. Sen, who was dressed in a silver lehenga and choli with a sheer dupatta on her head with work in green, said she “felt like a princess and a bride” in the ensemble.
She has appeared in a number of Boxoffice hits like Main Hoon Na, Maine Pyaar Kyu Kiya to name a few.
