Deepika Padukone posted the picture of gift from Rekha

After receiving praise for her performance in Bajirao Mastani, Deepika Padukone is getting an overwhelming response for her portrayal of Rani Padmavati in Padmaavat, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

Deepika Padukone’s performance in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat has earned her accolades from veteran actors including Amitabh Bachchan, Neetu and Rishi Kapoor, Asha Parekh, Waheeda Rehman and now, Rekha.

She has received a personal note and a gorgeous saree from veteran actor Rekha.

This is not the first time that Deepika has received a token of love and appreciation from Rekha. Earlier too, Deepika was gifted with a gorgeous silk saree after the release of Bajirao Mastani. In fact, at her childhood friend wedding, she had worn the same saree and turned heads for looking absolutely gorgeous.
