The release date of the film Pomaram directed by Abrid Shine has been finally announced after a torrent of trolls and self-trolls. The date was officially announced by the lead actor of the film Kalidas Jayaram. The young actor said that the film will hit the theaters in the first week of March.
Kalidas announced the release date during the inauguration of Calicut University C zone arts festival at Manjeri NSS College. He said that the date was not disclosed to media or posted on social media and that the date was being announced for the first time.
There were reports earlier that Poomaram would hit the theaters in December last year as a Christmas release, but the audience who waited to see another star kid on the big screen was disappointed. The makers later confirmed that there were some technical issues that needed to be solved before releasing the movie.
