According to a new study women and men enjoy sex most at this age

When it’s about love, age is no bar. And when it’s about your sexual life, you often think that it is best during your younger years. But a recent survey revealed that your sex life reaches its peak during sixties. It found out that women and men have the most satisfying sex life when they have crossed almost a fourth of their lives. 

THE STUDY:

A survey was conducted on 5,000 single people. The survey conducted showed that women, aged 66 and men at 64 have the best sex life. Sex therapists said that sexual life is more fulfilling for single men and women.

THE REASON:

Sex experts believed that at this age, single men and women are most experienced and they actually know what they want and desire for. At this age, they are also free to explore the dimensions of their sexuality. As you grow old, you exactly know what you physically like.

There are many people who are of the opinion that younger people enjoy better time beneath the sheets. But the survey revealed that with age, your sex life gets better. Also, a study published by National Commission on Aging found that especially women experience satisfying sex even in their 70s. The experience was far better than what it was in their 40s.

“THE OLDER YOU ARE, THE LESS LIMITED YOU’RE”: 

The study proved the point that you gain experience with age. What others, society or your partner thinks about you, it hardly matters to you. Contrary to common belief, older people enjoy spending time between the sheets. There was a study done in 2007 (published in The New England Journal of Medicine) which showed that majority of married couples were sexually active even in their 80s. Many of them also revealed having oral sex, intercourse and masturbation in their 80s and 90s.
