True Caller is a mobile app that has gained a lot of popularity since it enables one to identify the identity of a person who calls you on your mobile phone. Enables on to Mark people as ‘Spam’

Once a number has been blocked by too many people, Truecaller will show you a red coloured contact card when you receive a call from that number to notify you about spammers.
Messaging
You can message your contacts directly from the Truecaller app, identify unknown numbers and block spam messages, all directly from the Truecaller app.

Video calling
it is possible to make video calls via Truecaller. Just note that the call will be made via Google’s video calling app Duo so you need to have that installed too. You can switch between WiFi and cellular data for uninterrupted conversation on-the-go.

Works even without data
If you are not connected to the Internet, Truecaller will tell you that an internet connection is required for it to work. but once it has got the identity of the person who calls you then the app will identify that person next time it whether or not you are connected to the Internet.
