No power on Earth can take Kashmir away from India : Farooq Abdullah
National Conference chief Farooq Abdullah on Sunday said no power on Earth can take Kashmir away from India.
Abdullah, a former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister, was discussing an incident that took place in the state assembly, where National Conference MLA Mohammed Akbar Lone shouted “Pakistan Zindabad.”
Lone justified his pro-Pakistan slogan, saying that members on the treasury benches had hurt his religious sentiments.

“Mein Kashmiri hoon, Hindustani hoon ya Pakistani jo bhi hoon, mein pehley to Musalmaan hoon (Whether I am Kashmiri, Indian or Pakistani, I am first a Muslim). My sentiments got hurt and I said Pakistan zindabad,” said Lone.
Abdullah on Saturday said, “War cannot solve any problem and could lead to bad consequences. Thus, to avoid war with India, and improve relations with the neighbouring country, Pakistan must stop the daily routine of sending trained militants to India.”
