Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is on his Middle East outreach tour on Sunday Addressed a huge gathering of Indians living in UAE in which he said “You represent every part of India and you know how rapidly India is developing,” PM Modi told the Indian community at Dubai Opera.
He said that the period of pessimism has finally moved over. Now no one asks ‘whether it will ever happen’ but rather asks ‘when will it happen’ and that this shows the trust people have on the New India.

pointing towards the ease of Business world Bank ranking he said that no country has made such great improvement in the list like India had.He also hinted at the Demonetisation process introduced by his government which quashed high-value notes and introduced notes worth 2000. He criticised the critics of Demonetisation during his speech.
“If I go for demonetization, the poor people understand my intention. But those who lost their sleep, are crying even two years after the move,” he said, even as he pointed that his government has made Goods and Services Tax a reality, which had been languishing for past seven years.
He also said that when one makes changes in a system that is existing for 70 years, some issues might happen.
He ended his speech, with saying, “Desh badal raha hai…We will fulfil all your dreams, this is the belief I can give you.”
Before coming to UAE he also visited Palestine.
