Indian Air force Helicopter crashed; both the pilots dead

In an unfortunate incident, A microlight helicopter of the Indian Air Force with two pilots on board crashed down at Majuali Island in the State of Assam, thus killing both the pilots.

The incident took place at Sumoimari Chapori said a police officer. They also informed that Indian Airforce officials are on their way to Majauli.

Initial report says the chopper which took off from Rowriah airport in Assam’s Jorhat district with two pilots crash landed at a remote sand island on Brahmaputra under Majuli district at 1.30pm. District officials said they are rushing to the spot. It was a chopper that was flying to Arunachal Pradesh that faced this unfortunate incident.

Though nothing concrete about the crash, it is believed that technical reasons might have caused it.
