BJP and Congress lock horns again as Karnataka gears up for election

The battle between BJP and Congress reached an all-time high in Karnataka as both parties sparred over Farmers loans and the recent scams that have occurred in the nationalised banks of India.

Rahul Gandhi who is on a three-day visit in the poll-bound Karnataka on Saturday attacked BJP and said that The BJP led Central government is protecting industrialist who is looting the country. At the same time, Central Government has no regards for the poor farmers.

He accused that the central Government has waived the loans of 10 industrialists and when will Modi Government will do the same for the Farmers.

Hitting back at the comments made by Congress President, Amit Shah while addressing a rally in Karnataka said that no loans have been waived off for industrialists and that Rahul Gandhi is lying.

“The sugarcane farmers are paid their dues within 90 days in Uttar Pradesh. A law has been framed for the same,” he added.

He also spared no words while attacking Karnataka Chief Minister. He accused that Siddaramaiah doesn’t allow the Central schemes to reach the right people.

Karnataka Assembly polls are expected to be held in late April or early May 2018.

Karnataka is the last big state where Congress is in power and they are doing everything to stop the hurricane named BJP which is at the moment in power 19 states out of 29.
