Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar‘s ailment is keeping the people of the state worried to such an extent that special prayers are being held in different parts of Goa for the speedy recovery of him.One such kind of Prayer was held at Panaji’s Immaculate Conception Church on Saturday.
For the CM who is undergoing treatment at Mumbai’s Lilavati hospital, special prayers were held in Temples also. He is undergoing treatment for Pancreas related ailment.
Lord Hanuman Shree Maruti Temple in Dhavem village in Sattari taluka is one such temple were prayers were held for the first time for the recovery of Manohar Parrikar.’Mahamrutyujay Mantra Jaap’, a prayer from the Rigveda.

In Vasco town, 40 km from here, United Taximen Association, a union of the black-yellow taxi operators working at Dabolim airport, held a puja at the Shree Damodar temple for Parrikar’s recovery.
At the same time, Goa BJP unit is also holding special Pooja for the CXhief Minister in the Ganesh temple in Thane district in Maharashtra.
