Prominent Bollywood actor and BJP MP Shatrughan Sinha once again criticised his party’s government by making fun of it for blaming auditor for the PNB scam involving billionaire Nirav Modi. He also asked why the Centre has been unaware of the scam.
Sinha levelled criticised the Narendra Modi government through twitter. He said, “Our learned people, after blaming everyone from Nehru regime to Congress misrule, have said that Auditors are to blame for PNB scam,” He even sarcastically thanked God as the peon in the bank was not blamed by the government over the scam.

According to Sinha, the PNB is a public sector bank and its responsibility lies in the hands of the Central government. The actor-turned-politician, known for his oratory skills and wit, also made use of an Urdu couplet which meant ‘Do not beat around the bush, tell me why the robbery took place. I do not have many complaints against the robbers, but the credibility of your leadership is at stake’. Mr Sinha also questioned why Nirav Modi was a part of the delegation team that met the Prime Minister during the World Economic Forum summit at Davos.
