As criticism regarding the Encounters in Uttar Pradesh is making noise, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister has defended it and said that it is a step towards setting up Ram Rajya. He also said that Uttar Pradesh is not the only state where such strict measures are taken to ensure law and order.
