A car bomb has exploded outside a sports stadium in Afganistan’s Helmand province which killed 12 people and 40 injured.
The wounded people had taken to the hospital in Lakhar Gha, Aminullah Abedm said.

The explosion occurred after celebrations over the Afghan New Year were winding down and revelers were on their way home.
