A Pakistani national was accused by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate of Nampally and ordered punishment to five years’ imprisonment on Tuesday for the possession of a passport through fraudulent means. The court also charged a fine of Rs 10,000 on him.

Mohammed Nazeer Inaqaliabi alias Hakeem (41) was arrested by the Gujarat Police for fraudulently obtaining a passport. Upon questioning, he confessed that he had done so.
