A Dubai-based Indian national, S.R. Shenay, has just become richer by $1 million.
Shenay is the latest dollar millionaire in the Dubai Duty-Free Millennium Millionaire promotion. He held ticket no. 2916 in series 269.
She is a regular participant in the Dubai Duty-Free Millennium Millionaire and Finest Surprise Promotions for the past four years is the 129th Indian national to have won $1 million since the inception of this promotion in 1999.
