Rajkummar Rao’s much awaited Omerta is all set to be released on May 4 but the latest news might be disappointing for some movie fans. The film spent decent time on the Central Board of Film Certification(CBFC)and the makers were keen to preserve all the scenes. However one particular scene that shows Rajkummar Rao’s frontal nudity couldn’t be avoided, revealed the director Hansal Mehta.

Mehta felt that the particular scene was crucial as it depicts the character’s violence and state of mind before he tried one of his evil acts. He added that the members in the board got the essence of the scene but had to chop it off because of the strict guide lines. THe director felt that it doesnt hamper the narrative in anyway.
Omerta is a real life story of one of the deadly terrorists of our time.He had his hands at a lot of dreadful attacks that happened in India and the director and the movie-crew have attempted to recreate the film with all its intensity and originality intact. The fillm is shot in major locations including London and some recreated locations of Pakistan and Afghanistan. The filml is presented by Swiss Entertainment in collaboration with Karma MEdia & Entertainment. It is produced by Nahid Khan
