Back when the craze for fingerprint scanner started, everyone was wondering why it wasn’t placed on the screen, under the display. Because that’s what they had seen often in movies with futuristic tech. Well, Vivo is launching it’s phone with a finger print scanner under the screen. It will soon be available in Singapore at a retail price of SGD 799 (around 39000 RS).

It was already launched in China market. The under display fingerprint scanner would mean that users simply need to touch the screen to unlock the phone. The phone also features a notch and facial recognition. Vivo has been a camera centric phone, so it has dual rear cameras of 12mp and 5mp each. The front camera will be of 12mp. The battery capacity is around 3200 mAh and the phone will support fast charging.
Powered by the snapdragon 660 SOC, a proven warrior, Vivo x21 will have a 64GB and 128 GB variant with 6GB of RAM. It features a 6.28 inch full HD screen with AMOLED display in 19:9 ratio. The vivo x21 will run Android Oreo 8.1 out of the box with it’s customisation of fun os 4.0 running on top of it.
