The Karnataka elections were over yesterday at 06:00 PM, and the voters- both first-timers and the regular voters took selfies of their inked finger.
This was a common sight on Saturday, and on any other days as well. But this voter takes it a step further.

The voter had taken a click of himself casting a vote, despite mobile phones being banned inside the polling booth.

The picture instantly became viral. A close look at the EVM reveals that the picture was taken in one of the polling stations in Athani, where, sitting MLA Laxman Savadi is seeking re-election.
Girish Kedarappa Butali and Mahesh Iranagouda Kumathalli are the JD(S) and Congress candidates, respectively.
